"Your enthusiasm is quite impressive." he remarked, a small smirk tugging at his face. Her loyalty, no matter if she failed or not, would prove to be useful. The main goal was to strike fear in the hearts of the Jedi. "Now, do your master’s bidding, and bring me the holo-comm from the Jedi general. It holds important information."

"As you wish. I will not fail." She vowed, bowing as she cut the transmission. She was determined to complete her mission or die trying. Only then would she get the reinforcements that were needed. The assassin stuck to the shadows, taking out the Jedi one by one before taking on the general head-on. The force seemed to be with her, as she managed to take out the general and collect the holo-comm. Now all that was left was to get off the system..
Brooding. That is all Dooku could do. As much as he wanted to say that he was truly faithful of his assassin's skills, he feared she would not accomplish the task at hand, and cause him a rather large failure. Time passed and he sat on the control ship in space above the planet and waited for word back from her. Ventress did not report within the hour, thus Dooku was nervous. The Holo-Communicator was vital. He summoned a droid before him and called for the commander in charge of their ground units. Once patched through, he said, "Commander, see to it that the Jedi General at the front of the Republic's outpost is eliminated, and you bring his personal belongings to me." The droid replied back, "It will be done, as you request, Count." and the transmission was cut. At least now the Sith's mind could be at ease for a moment.
