[Across the street, Elias is struggling to enter his own home.]

[He's throwing a bit of a tantrum, and is very hard to tune out at the moment.]

*Didn’t know she had neighbors! That’s new. Guess more people had moved into the woods, though?* *Desdemona could honestly care less right now, showering her new fiancé in attention.*

{Though, it did catch the attention of another.}

{He looks up at the closest she ever really had at a parental figure, and just begins to sob harder.}

I-im so sorry- t-the kitty- I-it got dropped when I woke I think-

{He just keeps fighting against the goop, to no avail.}

(He’s running through the mansion, terrified and screaming for Venus.)

{She’s running as fast as her legs will let her, screaming back for her brother. The goop is right on her tail, almost quite literally. Just a bit of goop has remained on it, calling for the rest, a magnetic pull almost.}

(Perfectly runs through the halls, calling out for his brother.)

VENUS! VENUS ARE YOU HERE?!

{They pause, then instantly turn a heel and run.}

PERFECTLY! I’M HERE! I’M HERE!

(The ceramic doll comes by to drop off dinner-- just some cheesy fried potatoes with a few different sides to be mixed in as desired.)

{She looks up, still just sitting on the floor of a random guest room. The bowl of food left previously by Desdemona still untouched, carefully pushing it aside.}
