I’m belatedly beginning poetry month, so here are three poems out of a project I'm working on called “venus slipper”. maybe you’ll get to see the rest of them this month??
Pt1
Venus slipper Pink Marabou Red leather hell haver Walk away whistling Spit moon rising Every orifice wide open for glisteningness
Once weekly two dozen young people Looking naked at you somehow unstrange
A pizza dough person Kneaded needed kneaded
Fuzzy pollen collecting bee bits Collect pollen as nectar lovers Love nectar as sun shines Everything could said to be like daffodils under snow Just like candy that girl is poison
Pt2 Anything could be called this way You could be call me Venus slipper
me in marabou Myrtle
Definite disguise Late whiskey wave licking Liquor lapper lap licker
If I'm flesh made sentient How being so damn wretched So damned so damnedly
Maryland doctors Absolutely livid Over one easy way To live forever in Your youth body
Myrtle making Sea sperm floating Foam flower clothing Angels attending Those qualities desirable desiring Venus fly trapping
A perfect example of simile verses metaphor And in this both are easily consumed
I dive Down deliberate Dug grave Your plump reticence Vine hanging Ripe and waiting Bite taken You fail to follow
Pomegranate left rotting Eviscerate me daddy
Pt 3
An ear hidden in hair Brush aside wide and Finder awakened
She She the glass protecting Showing fire proof of profession Hard work pink light lighter pink Display the flame
I gasp and burn myself thrice on Liquid blue hot
Breath douser Love arouser
Morning dew dawn dripper Peeps in thru window
Lace quietly the lovers Askin’ like where like what Like is this what like it looking like When two entwiners entwined Yea and Verily the entwined call
The sun flushed rises to high noon

got Andrea a Venus Slipper... wonder how long it'll like it here in the north...
Papaya-er watering Hand holding can spout Water dispensing
Each sprinkling miraculous Each metaphor generous
Fruit-bearing no small Feet-first in frigid Water alight with last day sun Your picture weighted
Venus Vajazzled Pink Marabou Slipper Wearing Sheer Negligee
LIFE FROM NOTHING FROM LIFE NOTHING
Noting nothing Nothing anointed
Your simulacra Heavy on the hanging place
