Parents are named Musselstripe and Squidgaze

Children are named Scallopstrike, Whelkheart, Razortooth (after the razor clam), Venuslight (after the venus clam), and Cuttlespots (after the cuttlefish)

What if because of all the name-based families, some cats decide to use that as a method of knowing who belongs to who.

So maybe some change their names

heck maybe even someone is trans and likes their new name because they feel that it fits them better
