Sorry for sending multiple, id just like to help out a bit. Does tua cook at all? Whats her favourite meals, before and after the bombs? Does she miss certain food? If she cooks, does she get sad nick doesnt eat? (Or does he? man i dont even know)

For tua, how does she approach holidays? Does she get into them or is she more of a silent observer in festivities? What is her favourite holiday? Also, thoughts on her and nick in matching ugly christmas sweaters?
tua is... a bad cook lmao, but “bad” in that she tends to combine a lot of ingredients to make meals that r in theory gross but last a while and are filling; she was homeless for a few years before she went thru college, so in general she’s always been in a scenario where she had to make do w what she had. which is great for the post-apocalypse setting bc it means she can make some baller meals w ramen.
the only problem is that she doesnt really know what to do w “new” stuff like tarberries and tatoes, or how to cook them. like you can eat radscorpion meat but you have to cook it a certain way otherwise that neurotoxin can kill you?? alternatively nick can cook (he cant eat tho!) its just really bad food bc he cant taste it, but he legitimately tries! he helps tua irt what she can eat and what needs to be prepared This Way and That tho (ellie is helpful in this regard too; pipes is not since piper survives off junk food)
tua misses good mexican food lmao. carne asada just doesnt taste the same anymore and how are you supposed to use picco de gallo when tomatoes are... like that.
additionally tua is real bad abt eating like. regularly. she drank a lot of coffee and would grab whatever was on the food carts in the streets bc she rarely had time to have proper dinners or anything smh. so when it comes to food her only preference is like. anything that makes her feel full and doesnt take a lot of time/work lmao
MY OTHER OCS!!!!!!!!!! god i used to have so many w their own stories and everything. korbin and eve belonged to free eve, a story abt a young trans man who was on the losing team in a war and spends his days salvaging fighter craft from cosmic battlefields until the day he is abandoned in a decades-old cruise ship with a malignant AI w a “good” side (eve) and a “bad” side (atam). i wanted to make a side scroller w that one appealing to that retro/forbidden planet vibe LMAO but that was ages ago
my oldest story is following the dawn which centers on xenoarchaeologist asami and ex-soldier nykolae, who are caught in the midst of a civil war steeped in politics. theres a billion characters in there tho, god. asami’s cousin jirome and his daughter harvast and his alien shipbuilder wife... nykolaes wife juli and her fight to save refugees from an ineffective government. theres a Lot going on there

tua is not a holiday person!! she doesnt celebrate any holidays bc a) doesnt rly have a family to do that with? and b) shes not sentimental enough. she’d definitely be the silent observer type..... also ugly holiday sweaters is #canon bc ellies mom knits hanukkah themed sweaters for ellie and nick (the latter as thanks for giving her daughter a safe place to live + a job???) and i imagine once she finds out abt tua, she’d knit something for her too lmao
