You're absolutely correct. :) A lot of my cousins live in France and whenever they visit us here or we go to Europe or Morocco, they always want to try peanut butter and then they are always sorely disappointed.
Some of them have even choked on it. Haha. They find it so strange.

I just cant be bothered to engage in most of the race debates on this site… a few people leave me feeling uneasy, in the way they’ll often speak out against generalisation in one direction, but don’t see the hypocrisy in generalising in the other..
I usually refrain for the same reason. I can understand the structure of these arguments and from there they originate, I can even see resentment or a frustration with certain precedents, but there is a point at which it becomes really weird. When you are starting to post borderline hateful things or really broad generalizations about a group, then I don't care if you are a PoC because its screwed up and plain wrong. Call a spade a spade.

I may agree with your professor, or at least I think that all possess the capacity to be racist. No group is exempted.
