Drink up.
having super bad anxiety right now and I have been for a few nights now and so I just had some chocolate and I am trying to hold myself back from just opening a jar of frosting and eating it because sugar makes me feel better and I am having some verbena tea in hopes that it’ll calm me @_@

used for depression, metabolic/digestive disorders, iron-poor blood, pain, exhaustion, & nervous conditions to name a few
Verbena Tea - Teebs
Thanks to Jon Hopkins and his excellent curation of the Late Night Tales series, I came across Verbena Tea, a song so beautiful I now listen to it every night before bed in hopes of sweet dreams. Starting off with the fast-paced strum of what sounds to be a ukulele brings a very serene entrance, but the song finally exhales as the steady and shimmering beat is planted across the plucked strings. It pounds into you so soundly it almost feels to be beating at the pace your own heart.
