        𝐊𝐈𝐒𝐀 𝐈𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐏 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐄𝐍’𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒   being bound behind her back.    eyes focused ahead , the head covering used so she didn’t know where their location was long discarded once they neared the castle.    the cold kisses kisa’s cheeks as it falls in light sheets, blood still caked on her skin from the raid of castle black.   the image of dead crows, an axe in the face of the one who tried to keep this leader from her ransom prize ,  still fresh in memory.   a sense of satisfaction rolls over her hearing their yells   &&   the way they all scream right before they die.  !     crows, some of the most despicable people to have ever walked the earth.   kneelers were second in this regard. . . not as bad but just as equally   𝓭𝓲𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮𝓭.     (   it appeared that kisa had captured the most . . important of kneelers. or , at least , one of them.    the queen of the seven kingdoms she kept saying.   )     ❝  shut your mouth.  ❞    hisses the red queen as they walk through the camp , the courtyard full of her people.   ❝  i do not care wha’ your status is.    you have no power over us beyond the wall—you , woman , are a captive.   a ransom to get your husbands attention.  ❞ another yank of her arm:   ❝   you southern lords   &&  ladies are all the same.   squabblin’ children over crowns ‘nd an ugly iron chair  !   ❞

“ my apologies, grandm-, i mean your grace. i was careless. ” jacaera was never quite certain what was allowed after her family had retreated to dragonstone. she recalled referring to the woman as grandmother a few times when she was younger. then eventually took over what everyone else said, such as my queen or your grace. not to mention the current tension between the two sides of the family, so thick that it would take an axe to cut through it instead of a simple knife. she could not claim much fondness for the queen’s family, but it was not the girl’s way to show hostility so openly, much more clever than to let people see in her cards that easily. respect, however deep or shallow, must be shown. and not all were to be subjected to the same treatment. “ i just visited helaena. i missed her. ” truth. the only two female children of their ages, it was not that difficult to believe a friendship to have formed between them. “ ... is that alright to do? ”
