so personally I think this is an on-off thing between the two of them, Bro wants Dave but tries to keep that shit under lock; Bro goes and gets a little too drunk; Bro finds Dave and is able to wrestle some of that common sense back before he goes too far. Over time? This absolutely fucks with Dave's head. I think it definitely does get to the point that a fucked up part of Dave starts to want that. It doesn't help that I think these would be the rarer moments Bro actually apologizes to him, and isn't as cold and mean to him.
definitely ends up very stockholmy, and it leaves Dave thinking very often about it and with a very conflicted boner.
