Vermite
Born out of a what was assumed to be a failed military experiment, Vermite was founded on the basis of genetically modified Animal-Human agents. These agents can take on the forms of an animal and use the abilities to their advantage. From insects to birds, the genetic modifications mostly apply to animals that are considered "Vermin". This allows them to go unnoticed and seem less suspicious by being common pests, but some of them may take the form of common strays, and others serve the purpose of tanks and inspectors.
Vermite fights for humans and animals alike, and swears to protect their city, and even the world, one vermin at a time.
