ㅤㅤshe fiddled nervously with the necklace around her neck, well aware it was a feeble protection against the one she was meeting up with. being at the grill was also only a small comfort ⸻ being around other people likely wouldn't stop klaus if he truly wanted to act out. she was suspicious as to why he'd agreed to meet in a neutral place when he easily could've cornered her at his estate or something, but she tried not to let that get to her. she was already stressed out, plus she was kinda ... breaking the rules, meeting klaus alone. but she was tired of these games, and just wanted her loved ones to be able to live without fear. she knew she was out of her league trying to deal with any of the mikaelsons, but after everything those around her had been through because of her, it had to be her who tried to fix this, to come up with some sort of tentative peace. @devilfated.

ㅤㅤthe odd ... decorations have him on edge, hand resting on the hilt of the large dagger attached to his hip. it certainly doesn't help that the forest surrounding them is cloaked in shadow, full moon shining ominously above them. what he wouldn't give right about now to be back at camp, lounging by the fire or perhaps sequestered away in his tent. instead, a grimace twists his face, red gaze resentful as it sweeps the tree line behind them. ❛❛ gods below, this had better not have anything to do with ethel, ❜❜ he complains. ❛❛ wretched bloody creature ⸻ but these seem like they'd blend right in to that vile bog she was residing in. signs of another hag, perhaps? ❜❜

Bruce was getting ready for his day at work with Tony. He really appreciated the fact that he got to work up close and personal with Tony, of course it was Tony that had gone to him because of his work with biochemistry. Something about his work being “unparalleled” which really helped to boost Bruce’s ego. Normally the two would work in separate centers, but Tony wanted Bruce’s help with his newest suit, which Bruce couldn’t help but notice was one of the many he now had built.

Bruce would be absolutely lying if he said he didn’t enjoy working so closely with Tony. They understood each other pretty well. They shared the same sense of humor, and Bruce admired the way that Tony could hold himself together so well. However, he knew there was more to him that what everyone saw. Bruce saw the parts that Tony didn’t want everyone to see, and Bruce appreciated it.

Bruce fixed the collar on his yellow shirt and let out a content sigh before getting in his car and driving to Tony’s house, where he kept his personal lab. “Hello, Doctor Banner. Mister Stark as been expecting you.” Bruce heard, the artificial intelligence letting him into the house. “Thanks Jarvis!” He called out, walking down to the lab where he saw Tony already working. Bruce smiled to himself before walking in the door. “Hey there, Tony! What are we working on today?”
