aka wow what a hiatus i have gotten very into sleep token recently if that wasnt obvious

havent posted in a hot minute but. i always had the slight sliver of hope that maybe bob mightve been able to shake off the hate that he started entrenching and surrounding himself with, given that once he wasn't such a shitty guy.

im choosing to mourn the iconic drummer that brought us so much joy and not what he became.

its also really important to acknowledge how the hatred and vitriol of right wingers preys on people like him, leading to the kind of isolation until its too fucking late. its such a sinister thing and idk. i hope maybe his death will highlight this at least.

i hope we're able to recognise that him being a shitty guy towards the end that deserves criticism but also one of the greats as part of MCR and being taken too young can be statements that coexist. i feel for his friends and family and i hope they can find peace and healing.
