In regards to you looking for music in the vein of The Unquiet Grave and Let No Man Steal Your Thyme, you'd probably enjoy about any of the Child Ballads (there are around 2000 pages of these, so there are plenty to choose from!). If you're looking for specific recommendations in the vein of those above songs, maybe try Joan Baez's cover of "Mary Hamilton" or Pentangle's "Cruel Sister". Really excellent 1960s-era covers of two classic (and sad) folk songs.
thank you very much! exactly what i’m looking for. i just listened to it and i adooore cruel sister (and found it’s very much an inspiration for ghost quartet, which if you like song cycles with allusions and stories and amazing melodies you should listen to)
the dream: a mmo that all the rpers i follow on tumblr play together

lol they’re definitely like the old-school buttons for webrings… but they’ve always produced some traffic everywhere I’ve been. Affiliates/ads always seem to bring in the most people.
right??? i can’t even deny that they work. i will go on a clicking rampage i s2g. but it makes me LAUGH.

My experience with this is running events and plots to include lots of people, and then seeing stranger bitches who could have been involved start whining about EXCLUSION on official forums.
honestly some people expect a hand written formal invitation mailed to their house asking them to RSVP to a question and answer session of the plot where plot developers will take feedback (yes, every single scrap of feedback because you KNOW there are SO MANY PEOPLE who have EVERYTHING to say about it) about a plot before engaging in said plot
it's straight up ridiculous

I read it over a weekend!
Perfff! Maybe I can convince my parents to go on Sunday so I'll have tomorrow and Saturday to devour it, haha.

lmao, I've also been kicking around a 90s playlist. Sometimes I think we are IDEA SYNCED with our 8tracks projects. lbr I'll probably just make another RP character mix and cry alone to sad music.
oh god i'm doing sad rp character mix too. IDEA SYNCED THO you should definitely do a 90s playlist, you have such amazing taste in music
vespers-nine replied to your post: “if u ever wonder why i got the hecky outta the cap2/mcu fandom .2...”:
This is a very large reason why I am barely part of any fandom, ever. I might like something but I tend to stay away from the deeper fandom reaches because it always gets gross and uncomfortable.
Y E A H i feel you. is there a light version of fandom. fandom light. diet fandom. fandom zero. the flavor of fandom with zero percent of the bullshit.
