roleplay advertising: in search for a mituna and nepeta!
and so, vesseltrapped strikes again. This is advertising for my roleplay group, vesseltrappedrp, because we have lost/need more characters.
The main characters (all of them being cannon, of course) necessary at the moment are nepeta and mituna. I'll get into the details under the cut.
What is necessary: a mostly free schedule, though you just need to be on around the afternoon during American eastern standard time. you also need to stick to the rules of the chat, which are simple: get a room for nsfw things, stick with the plot, and don't be rude or anything; common courtesy.

Info about the plot, what has happened so far, and what we need for the characters we are looking for starts now.
we'll start with the characters and get on with everything else afterwards, after all, that's what you came for, right?
Nepeta: The last nepeta we had didn't have much to do with the plot, other than being from the same timeline as our equius and having experienced some somewhat unmentionable events when set in the same situation as our sollux. You will get the choice as to whether or not you get to continue her legacy, or to come in as a new dead nepeta who's willing to join us on our quest.
Our equius finds it preferable to have the latter happen, so he can go on about this story arc of his where he questions how people differ between timelines and basically gets all angsty because the other nepeta is no longer with us. You can talk to him about it after we recruit you.
Mituna: Mituna is an extremely vital character to this rp, considering him and sollux are the reason this entire thing started in the first place. The two have seemed to have switched bodies, and before sollux had the chance to get his priorities straight to fix everything, mituna has run off and is probably lost throughout the dream bubbles. during the search for this character, it has been found that the longer one stays in the other's vessel and doesn't resist to the change mentally, the more they begin to take on the traits of the past owner.
This basically means that, off screen, mituna has become a sort of snarky asshole with a more developed sense of responsibility and less motivation for his previous practices. More traits appear the longer you go down the line, but just make note that neither mituna nor sollux are quite themselves. i'll answer any questions to anybody who wants to talk it over, this post is too long already.
plot & events: Okay, so although you could just read everything that has happened in the archive of past happenings, there's a load of bullshittery going on there and i'm sure most would rather just have a summary.
Sollux and mituna have switched bodies after spacetime flipping its shit in the dreambubble they were in. Mituna wanders off while his counterpart is still knocked out, being distracted by one thing or another. Sollux, not exactly enthusiastic about this occurrence but willing to get shit done as fast as possible, decides to try to find his dancestor. He finds an aradia who seems to have some kind of plot up her sleve, though whether or not this has anything to do with this situation is questionable.
Sollux eventually decides to form a search party after his solo attempts end up fruitless, landing him with several trolls. the previously mentioned aradia had implied that they might find some kind of answer in some ruins, though that suggestion isn't very helpful at all because there's basically infinite memory ruins in the dreambubbles.
previously searched places, with all attempts of finding useful things failing, happen to be some ruins in vriska's memory, the land of brains and fire, and a snowy mansion in a memory of an isolated location.
if you'd like to contribute to the plot, whether it be ideas for the overall outcome/events or your personal character arc, then you should probably mention that because our group would love to hear it.
physical changes to be noted: Not much has changed for anybody other than the fact that sollux decided to get mituna a haircut and is wearing his glasses, making it almost impossible to confuse him for mituna. you still could, if you tried, but it'd be sort of a stretch. Mituna himself has a spare helmet with him and is probably wearing it.
