Raw video from today’s super successful test blow of the New Veterans MFG HyperLight Blast/Bomb protection System. It’s not easy to tell from the video but this was an exceptionally successful test. The system was designed to mitigate blasts from 70 grams of explosives (average hand grenade) - in this test the system successfully mitigate One Full Pound of Explosives in a large pipe bomb.
