Boredom shouldn’t set in this quickly. Amalie expects something different, for the change in the universe to be something more significant, and more use spending time with. It’s not though, and she’s stuck looking for something that will at least grab her attention for a few minutes or more. At this time, she’s stopped in front of a bulletin board, looking at all of the odd advertisements that people have put upon it.
One show catches her eye, and Amalie ends up craning forward to try to read the details on the smaller pieces of text. Unable to get quite the right angle with how the board is positioned, she takes to a passerby for assistance.
“Excuse me. Can I have a moment of your time?”
