T-bucket Hot Rod running an ITB fuelled, dry sumped Y32 Cima VH41DE engine. Rear end is a Corvette transaxle. It was using a custom ECU which fried some components on the first day at Motul Racewars 2018. They got it going again and then shut it down. When they went to start it up again it didn’t. Once they sort the ECU out it will be a beast. The motor was built to go in a racecar but it didn’t perform how they wanted it to so they put it in the rod to have some fun.

Y32 Nissan Leopard J Ferie. These came with two engine choices. Either a VG30DE V6 or a VH41DE V8. This car has the former. Wheels on this are 18x8 cast rims off a Z33 Fairlady(350Z). These were also sold in the USA as an Infiniti J30.

Here’s an update since the last post. I’ve done an install of a real wood trunk floor (cherry mahogany by the way). Now the exhaust is done as well and a video is on the way.
