My Air Awakens Series is officially complete thanks to my book bff @pensandparchment , thank you SO MUCH Mia! I literally can't stop thanking you. I can't wait to jump back into this series and lose my heart to my poor babies Vhalla and Aldrik. And I promise not to spoil myself! If you guys haven't read this series I HIGHLY recommend it! It's about a young librarian who's kind of thrown into this world of magic (at least the first book) and this Fire Lord Prince who is heartbreaking but totally has a lot of issue like A LOT. Day 3 of the #AnEmberTorchChallenge is The Masks: Favorite Masked Scene. For this challenge I chose the book Air Awakens by Elise Kova! I own the ebook copy (I have trouble photographing screens) and I'm still waiting for my signed copy in the mail! So the rest of the series (minus Water's Wrath) will have to do! In one scene of the book Vhalla attends a ball and has her face painted so that no one recognizes her. This is a mask right? Lol anyway I LOVED THIS SCENE because it made me so anxious like "Would she get caught? WHAT DOES PRINCE ALDRIK THINK ABOUT HER CHOICE OF COLOR? ARE THEY GONNA DANCE OR KISS LIKE CMON??!!!!!" Lol anyway I loved that book so much, even though I'm afraid to finish the series.
