Tonight marks my return to the stage since early March 2020 and I am already feeling all the feels! Excitement and nervousness, mostly, all rolled up with reflecting on the past 17 months off, as well as the previous 9 or so months before then. While I had been performing often before everything shut down, it felt like I was running on empty most of the time. I had wanted a break and oh boy I sure got one... While those following 17 months off were not exactly the break I had in mind, it did give me time to rest, time for personal growth, and time to take care of many things that had been set aside and set aside and set aside for waaaaay too long. So, here we are!
