Favorite book: Although this book is small and might be mistaken for a child’s book, it contains some disturbing artwork and darker themes. Griffin and Sabine: An Extraordinary Correspondence is an epistolary novel by Nick Bantock and it tells the story of two people, two artists, that fall in love through letters, despite having never met. This book is part of a tribology although this is the one I enjoyed the most. At the end of the first book Sabine suggests they should meet, but Griffin turns her down because he is afraid she is a figment of his imagination; a manifestation of his lonely and secluded life. This book is filled with removable letters and postcards, written by Griffin and Sabine to each other that builds on the idea of being on a journey together. #challege #brightwoodacademybookclub #epistolarynovels
