Offerings & devotional acts for Vidar

Devotional acts:

meditating in silence

going for a silent walk through the woods, without any distractions

defending yourself & others

sticking up for yourself when someone wronged you (also in the form of activism for example)

planting trees or brambles

take a vow of silence (for a day or for however long you want)

give old shoes that you don't wear anymore to charity

Offerings:

leather scraps

things from your homestead (e.g. homemade honey, eggs from your chickens, hand-spun wool, some herbs foraged in your garden, etc)

twigs of evergreens or brambles

weapons (it is said that people used to offer weapons to him by burying them under water or ice as a form of revenge)
