Well, personally for me, love, my partner would merely have to press for me if I myself am quite busy with figuring something out. If it is a dire manner, such as they were to harm themselves, or needed severe assistance, I merely drop what I am doing and go to them immediately. Otherwise I help them as soon as I can.
And as for the earthquake bit, I’m not sure if I could truly be able to concentrate with all the shifting about at my feet!
