The motorcycle grinds to a stop in Park Mesa Heights. It's a thirty minute ride from San Fernando, but she started it the moment Quinn gave his assent. The area isn't exactly one with the most booming nightlife, so there shouldn't be a problem with meeting him here. The chances of her being recognized are slim-to-none.

Despite the change in clothes, a faint smell of vitae-rich blood still clings to Marissa. A few droplets must have made their way to her skin in her careless hurry. She would have liked to shower after tonight's hunt, but decided against it in the end. There may not be much time left to waste, and her own duties as Reeve tied her up long enough already.

It shouldn't matter much. Her companion gave her a taste before she left von Arkham's residence tonight—just enough to rouse some of the power that had been dormant within, and reawaken those Disciplines the Malkavian blood lends itself to. If need be, she can burn some of it to mask her—but she moves quickly enough that it shouldn't matter in the first place.

Might be a bad first impression, though, if this Quinn fellow has a good nose. He hasn't yet revealed to her just how he intends to track Honey. She suspects some form of Sabbat trickery, which she's had some passing experience with, but she can't claim to be all too knowledgeable of the exact mechanism by which it works.

She whistles when she arrives near the scene of her disappearance, according to Kitty, a sharp noise cutting through the air. Downtown's closer to this place than San Fernando; there's a good shot he's already here.

here's your reading about claudius!

the first card shows where claudius is right now, his current situation - the moon, reversed. from the looks of it, he's not doing so hot. he's not sure of his current standing, or who he's allied to, or perhaps he's afraid that he stands on tenuous grounds. he doesn't know what the truth is, or who to trust.

the second card shows how claudius ended up in the situation he's in currently - the ten of cups, reversed. somewhere in the past, the peace of his life at home was shattered. chaos in his community, chaos in his life, chaos in his family. the loss of comfort from this is what eventually pushed him to the tenuous position he's in right now.

the third card's going to show where he's going - how this situation's pushing him to act - the nine of wands, reversed. it's not going to be easy for him. where he is at the moment is putting a lot of restriction on his mind and his abilities. maybe he's afraid of someone, of something and it's putting him in a trap of his own making. he's not going to be thinking straight, and isn't going to start thinking straight until something drastic happens.

and your final card's the one that'll show what he's not seeing, what's going to surprise him later down the line. with the ace of swords in reverse, that's a pretty bad omen! betrayal, destruction, loss of power. someone's got it out for him, and they've got the power to do something about it.

hopefully that helps somewhat, i'm not sure what you're looking for, but this was a great first reading for the deck!

Pity, just a little. She feels like that for most Sabbat. She can't imagine what drove them to the point of such violence. (yes she can yes she can yes she can)

A deep and bristling suspicion. If he so much as looks at OKC they will stomp him to death with their hooves.

Level headed enough that a serious threat to vampires as a whole can probably be brought to his attention with SOME level of cooperation in that moment exactly, which is respectable.

Garrett was familiar with this game: two unfamiliar predators sniffing eachother out, waiting to see if a chance meeting would turn into something cordial… or bloody.

But he was no diablerist and this man didn't have any bounties on him that the sniper was aware of. And a simple difference of sect was no reason for him to go attacking people (though it could be an additional convincing reason if shit hit the fan). 

He sniffed in amusement at the question before holding up a hand, flexing fingers tipped with two-inch-long talons.

"These are the best I can do. I'm afraid I don't have any of my other tools with me at the moment," he said. "I'd love to know what decided to take a bite out of you."
