Quinoa pasta is decent (I was totally gluten-free for a while until it started getting super expensive and I realized gluten actually wasn’t entirely hurting my stomach), although if it’s not covered in some kind of sauce it’s noticeably different
I wanna put it in a casserole Like just put a bunch of veggies and meat and stuff in a casserole with some pasta. I think even if the pasta tastes a bit different it should be alright, then. I mean, my sister's vegan, and allergic to wheat, so I've tried a lot of the random ~alternative~ foods that come into the house before, and I've gotten kind of used to it and a lot of them aren't that bad. :3
