Character summary: Victor is the son of Mael Draco, who was considered the strongest of the 2nd generation before his disappearance during the Avalon assualt and is considered dead. Victor is also named after his mother Victoria Draco, whose maiden Victoria Stein. Since His mother hails from Loginia and his father from Terrosia, he is the only Interrealm child of the Dracos. Victor grew up different from the other Dracos. Where his family was always up for a brawl, he believed diplomacy was a better choice. However, this doesn’t mean that Victor isn’t prepared to beat someone into the ground. Though he is the son of a Draco, he’s more known as the son of the “mad scientist” Victoria Stein. She earned this title due to experiments of reanimation and creating new life without the use of magic. And she succeded one time with her creation she calls “Franklin”, a large being made up out of artificial flesh and powerful lightning magic provided by Entropy’s magic. The Omni church immediately declared Franklin and abomination to the realms and even put a bounty on him. Since his birth, Victor has been close to Franklin given that he helped raised him. So naturally, Victor is on the hunt to discover a way for the realms to accept Victor. And now Victor goes with his cousins to Eclipse academy, a place where he will find a way for the world to accept Franklin. And along the way, unify the lower realms.
