For just $125.00 Stunning majolica pottery basket. It starts at the bottom with a yellow basket weave pattern and moves up to a mottled black. Handle and trim is cobalt blue. On one side is a lovely blue flower and applied leaves. On another side is a soft red flower with applied leaves. The other 2 sides are blank. It has an impressed mark in the clay saying - Made in Japan. A rare and gorgeous find! Condition is beautiful with no chips or cracks - some age crazing shows on the base. There is a discoloration spot on the bottom of the inside of the basket. Measures" 6 1/2 tall to top of handle. 3 1/2" tall to basket. It has ruffled edges but yet is a square 4" x 4" at the top.
