My Request For Vidcon 2020

I would love to see a tribute to the golden age of youtube at Vidcon 2020. The era that I'm talking about specifically is the years 2011-2016 mostly. Maybe a performance or panel from all the YouTubers who coined that term: “Youtuber”. Popular creators who had created fanbases like Tyler Oakley, Dan and Phil, Zoella, Superwoman, Casper Lee, Connor Franta, Jack and Finn, SprinkleOfGlitter, Catrific, Joey Graceffa, Colleen Ballinger, Smosh, Joe Sugg, Hannah Hart, Grace Helbig, Mamrie Hart, Troye Sivan and so many more. I would just like to hear them talk about what youtube was like back then and how they paved the way for Youtubers becoming celebrity like people in the public eye. Id like to see some sort of tribute this pivotal youtube era. Like can you imagine how fucking cool it would be if that happened? In honor of the decade ending it would be fucking fantastic for the people who shaped youtube at the time to come back and show how great that period was. Imagine them breaking down and talking about all the youtube ships going on at the time, or some of the drama like the Tyler Oakley, Liam Payne situation LMAO. That era of Youtube was so perfect and special. It wasn't like what Youtube is now. Now it's mostly all about money. I don't want this decade to be remembered as “when Jake Paul started Youtube”. I want it to be remembered as it truly was, The Golden Age Of Youtube. So, please John and Hank, make it happen

so i haven't seen anyone talk about this yet, but its kinda a cool ass thing: Vidcon is going digital and its going to be FREE

I mostly post smosh/NE6 things on here but as of posting it, neither have signed on for Vidcon Now (Thats what they are calling it), but I enjoy a plethora of youtubers and I know many of you do too!

I was planning on going to Vidcon this year and I was so upset when i realized it would be canceled especially because , for personal reasons, this was gearing up to be my best Vidcon experience so far. And while this in no way makes up for the disappointment, its still a fun thing to do while im stuck at home, not to mention ITS FREE.

So if you want to sign up for online Panels and Digital meet and greets over discord, Then I highly recommend you check it out! You still have to register to gain access but all you'll need is an email address and your postal code. That’s it. GO FORTH AND FANGIRL (link in the replies so more people see this hopefully)

Vidcon questions

(I’m considering going in June. Also I’m sorry if I’m being annoying, I’ve never been to any sort of convention before and I’m the type of person that overthinks things sooo....)

Ok so, how likely is it that I will get in to the meet and greets? (I’m mostly wanting to meet Crankgameplays or Markiplier or even both). Since they are both pretty popular, is it going to be more difficult to get in? What happens if I don’t get in? Can I get entered multiple times into the same session, just a diff time? Will I meet most 15 creators that I listed?

Then, Do the Meet and Greet sessions include QNA’s? Or are they two completely different things? What about panels- how do they work? Will I see my favorite creators there?

Is my mom able to meet the creators too since she is going to be my chaperone? Or does she need a special pass? Can she also fill out a lottery meet and greet form?

Lastly, is all the other fun stuff free? I know for the Disney day, (oh yea did I mention- I’m talking about the Cali one) we need to buy a ticket, but what about the other things that there are to do?
