Dinner for Two Please! | Closed
Today was the--no.
Tonight was the night!
Still, Antonio got up in the late morning to get ready. Pick up clothes from the dry cleaners, get a decent sized breakfast and light lunch, and even squeeze in a gift. Or should he? He sat up in his bed trying to figure it out. He did get the other a Christmas gift...but he had forgotten to greet the other for New Year's. Would a box of macarons suffice? Or perhaps something else related to the performing arts? His heart raced thinking about it, which prompted him to lay down and wonder why.
He had briefly just met the other, worked alongside him for a few months hasn't he? Sure Toño was indeed the flirty type...and he was a bit forward when it came to these sort of things but his intentions were good this time around. What it was that drew Toño to Roderich, be it the other's comfort in silence (a trait he himself longed for), or perhaps that there was much he wanted to know about the Austrian, was a temporary mystery he would unveil sooner or later.
Antonio arises from his bed and sets out to do things during the day, returning to his apartment into the early evening to prepare. He picks up his cell phone and sends a text message to the music teacher, all while turning on his shower to get ready.
To: Roderich From: Toño Date: 01/03/14 Roderich, I'll be at your place to pick you up in an hour as promised. (: See you soon!
