View Billing Error Report 查看计费错误报告
1. Click on the BILLS page on the top menu bar, which will take you to the Bill Management page.
2. The column labeled “Bill Status” will have either a green check or a red x. The red x means that the bill may have a calculation error.
3. Click the blue link “View Report” in the “Report” column to open a new tab with the Billing Error Report. (Note: This is a pop up window, so if you have pop ups disabled you may need to right click on the link and choose “Open in new tab”)
1. 点击菜单栏中的“电费单”，您会看到电费单管理页面。
2.在“电费单状态”一栏，您会看到绿色的勾或者是红色的叉。红色叉表示这张电费单存在计费错误。
3. 点击“查看报告”，就在在新的一页弹出电费单计费错误报告。（注意：这是弹出的新窗口，如果您的设置中取消这一功能，您可能需要单击右键，选择“在新窗口打开”。）
