Closing Ceremony of Vigilance Awareness Week at Paradip Port Authority

Paradip Port Authority successfully concluded Vigilance Awareness Week under the leadership of Capt. A.C. Sahoo, Deputy Conservator & Deputy Chairman (I/C), PPA. The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Devidatta Satapathy, IRSME, CVO, PPA.

The ceremony featured a prize distribution for school students who excelled in debate ,essay and fancy dress competitions, organized during Vigilance awareness week. These activities highlighted creativity, awareness, and the importance of ethical values. The week reinforced the significance of integrity, transparency, and vigilance in both professional and personal life.

Team Vigilance, along with Sr Dy. CAO of PPA inspired students at Port Trust High School today during VAW-2025. On October 31, 2025, the team led an engaging session where everyone joined together to take the Integrity Pledge, igniting a powerful sense of honesty and responsibility among the youth.

Encouraging students to embrace transparency and vigilant values, this event aimed to nurture the next generation as ethical leaders and principled citizens. Small steps like these lay the foundation for a just and accountable society. Let’s keep striving for a future built on integrity!

#ParadipPortAuthority Vigilance Team, along with the Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Senior Marine Engineer, participated today, on 30th October 2025, in 02 district inspiring sessions with students of Bethany Convent School and Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir, joining hands to take the Integrity Pledge as part of VAW-2025.

The program focused on building a culture of honesty, transparency, and vigilance among the youth, motivating them to become role models of ethical behavior in society. Such efforts foster bright, responsible citizens who contribute to a fair and accountable future.

As part of VAW-2025, the Dy, CME, and Vigilance Team of PPA joined the students of Paradip College today, 29.10.2025, to take the Integrity Pledge. As part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2025, a nukkad natak titled ‘Galabata’ was presented at the Paradip Port Bus Stand by the local theatre group CANMASS. The initiative, organized by the Paradip Port Authority (PPA), aimed to spread awareness among the public on the importance of vigilance, integrity, and transparency in public life.
