Paradip Port Authority today hosted an Awareness-cum-Workshop on the Four Labour Codes at its New Board Room.

The workshop was chaired by Shri P.L. Haranadh, IRTS, Chairman, Paradip Port Authority, with Shri Chiranjeev Saikia, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner, as the Chief Guest.

The programme witnessed the participation of Principal Employers, local trade union leaders, contractors, employers, Labour Department officials, Heads of Departments (HODs), and senior officers of Paradip Port Authority. The session focused on enhancing awareness of the Four Labour Codes, promoting workers' welfare, and strengthening industrial relations through informed dialogue and collaboration.

Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon’ble Minister for Skill Development & Technical Education and Industries Department, Government of Odisha, was also present in the Bahuda Yatra.
