I have absolutely no idea why it’s so blurry, but I just had to. Viktor Krum (or at least how I imagine him based on the books) and his charming pen pal—Adrianna Laskowska. Addy is literally my precious baby, I created her almost two years ago and I love her dearly. I usually prefer character x OC over x Reader, simply because I adore creating my own characters. I might be overly picky, but I find most characters in any media I consume annoying, shallow or just boring. Meanwhile Viktor Krum is honestly such a hear me out and I’m fairly certain I have seen every possible fanfic and fan art of him available on the internet. I have a whole book written about Viktor and Adrianna, but I have never actually posted it.
Adrianna Laskowska is from Warsaw, Poland. Her parents didn’t send her to Durmstrang mainly because they disagreed with its values and the fact that they taught dark arts there. That’s how she ended up in Hogwarts, sorted into Ravenclaw. Both of her parents are wizards, which makes her pure blooded. Adrianna is absolutely fascinated by learning languages. She knows 24 in total, 22 of which she speaks fluently. Technically, she and Viktor meet much earlier than the Triwizard Tournament. During the summer between fifth and sixth year, Viktor’s owl gets lost and accidentally delivers his letter to Adrianna. She sends it back, and of course (because she’s as much of a show-off as she is ambitious) addds a short reply in Bulgarian. At the time, she has absolutely no idea about who exactly he is—she doesn’t care about sports much. Only after exchanging a few letters does she learn that, well, she has been writing to the youngest Seeker in history (something she, notably, does not particularly care about either).
I could talk about that damn book day and night.
