Good post but there is literally nothing suggesting she’s albino other than white hair and red eyes… which, given the unnatural eye colours Moira and Sombra have, and given that real albino people do not have actual white hair and do not have red/pink eyes… No.

I went and did some quick research about different types of albinism, and I’m still pretty sure she’s supposed to be albino. Heavily stylized, of course, like everything else in OW, but still. Not gonna die on that hill though.

Moira doesn’t have “unnatural eye colors”. She’s got heterochromia or anisocoria like David Bowie she’s based on, heavily stylized as well.

Sombra’s the one with really dodgy eye color, agreed, although I wouldn’t put it past her to wear colored contact lenses to match the rest of her outfit. (Ashe could be wearing contacts too, but she doesn’t strike me as the type of person to bother with such things).

I also am a big proponent of fucking turning off the tv/closing the book/exiting the Web page and curating your experience which is the right thing to do. Could do without the snide wtf is wrong with you type remarks: having awful characters behaving badly is very normal (though I guess it's only ok if you're G. R. R. Martin or J. K. Rowling.) It's a fun mental exercise to poke at these characters.

Remember that time those 2 girls impersonated us on MySpace and RPed as us being friends and sharing our art excitedly with one another, and pulled posts directly from our LJs? I still can't look at your little alter-ego/mascot without remembering your impersonator describing her hair as being black with natural white streaks at the front...

Hahahaha! Oh, gods, yes... Or when The Impostor Who Must Not Be Named (lest she reported you for abuse) created a fake account combining your and mine LJ descriptions to create some amazing chimera with the streaked black hair except it was also at the same time red.

At least by now my hair is naturally streaked with silver? I’m greying early. XD
