The Alpha who’d had him that night had been a little hard handed and left bruises along Tobias’ neck. Usually he would try to hit up another client before finding a place to sleep that night, but he was sore and more exhausted than usual. Tobias was a little frazzled that night and knew that he couldn’t sleep in the park again or the cops might take notice. So instead he dived into an alley and found a spot in the corner that looked fairly clean. Tucking up in the corner, Tobias pulled his jacket free from his backpack and used it to drape over his body. It was cold, but he had a thick skin. Or at least he liked to think he did. When he heard footsteps, Tobias jostled slightly, wide eyes looking for who was there.
“I don’t have any money. Don’t bother trying to rob me.”
