Alright guys - this is something I’ve been debating for awhile, but I’m going to leave Vilkas. I enjoy it there, I do but… work has been killing me and I’ve been picking up more hours, which has just been draining me further and some days, I don’t even want to get on. I will still do indie (so if you’d like to do that, message me), and 1x1s if you can be patient with me because I’m not the best 1x1 partner, so you’ll still be finding me around… just not so much in a group setting with a time restraint.

Though the door opened and the male’s large dog continued to bark, Rafael didn’t act frightened and he simply walked in, smile upon his lips. He did, at one point, drop his hand down to let the dog sniff his hand, but soon enough the husky was running to his bed. “No, no... I’m not here for a drink,” the elder Omega said with a light chuckle to his tone, walking over to the other male. Almost immediately, his hands found his waist and he pulled him close, flush against his body, as he let out a small smirk. “You know what I’m here for.”

A small laugh left his lips at the other’s compliment, knowing that the male was lying. While he liked to think he had a good voice, he knew that it wasn’t the best and he couldn’t make it as a professional singer. Especially not when he was enjoying his life as a professional fighter. Still, once they were outside, he was quick to lean in close to Elijah, shoulders nearly brushing with his before he laughed at his question. “Considering that I’ve only been here a couple of weeks? Dont matter what the terms were, dont matter what was said. You werent defending yourself, your life was not in danger, if anything you put the ALpha’s life in danger Ya could have swallowed ya pride, but ya didnt. Ya could have recommended ya do it in a setting where ya would actually win a potential sue, but ya didnt. There are consequences to ya actions, Rafael and I am sorry ya dont want to acknowledge that.” Mako raised his brow. “Besides, would you rather have a lawyer that thinks your innocent or one that thinks ya are guilty? Cause I can just lie to ya face and tell you what ya other lawyers will say only for ya to loose, have aggravated assault on your record, and be shellin out cash for both the lawyers who knew ya were gonna loose AND for the fines. God forbid the other lawyer goes for ya doing light prison time which, in all honesty, I would do if I was in their shoes just to tarnish ya reputation more.”

The Alpha stood, looking down at the other. “Ya are free to be mad that I dont tell you what ya want to hear. But I take cases where I think the preson is innocent and or I know got a fighting chance with this case. I dont believe I have either of those options, so I told ya what I saw and in return you act like a child attempting to throw insults on a playground.” Mako nodded towards the door. “Ya know the way out, I am sure.”

And there it was. The Alpha bristling at the first sign of someone, especially an Omega, disagreeing with him. It would’ve been sad had it not been so goddamn predictable. With a scoff, Rafael shook his head. “I wasn’t throwing insults, sir, I was merely telling you what I heard. I do have lawyers in LA, but as I wanted to become a member of this community, I wanted to give this law firm a shot since it seemed to be in such good press with the people. Now, I understand you may not think it’s winnable, but you haven’t even heard more of what I’ve had to say. Or even bothered to ask if I had witnesses.”

Rising to his feet, the Omega straightened out his jacket. “I’m confident we can win this without tarnishing my reputation, though I don’t think I’d want to use the law office of someone that actually admitted to wanting to tank a case to tarnish my standing in the left-wing. So, while I appreciate your words, I’m afraid that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, to someone that I know will win this ‘lost cause’.” Offering his hand, to show that there were no hard feelings - despite the fact that he was damn sure that the man was some asshole traditionalist - he offered a small smile. “Thank you, though, Mr. Hale.”

Halloween costume parties. Phoenix hated them. With the local young pack members making a mess of themselves with the over abundance of alcohol and lack there of when it came to costumes. Once his eyes landed on someone promising, he threw back the rest of his drink and stalked his way across the room and in their direction. Looks like he’s going to make at least one person’s night a little more interesting.

In hindsight, Rafael probably should’ve refrained from wearing something as huge and as heavy as what he had on. With the mass of people at the party, the room was a mess of stink and sweat and heat, and it only had Rafael’s brown hair sticking to his skin as he made his way through the crowd. The one good thing about his costume, though, was the fact that people couldn’t really touch him or even look at him, his figure hidden by the pieces of metal he wore... but his scent didn’t. So it definitely didn’t surprise him when he heard someone approaching, their scent reeking of Alpha, and he had to stop from rolling his eyes. “If you’re looking for an easy fuck, I suggest you look elsewhere,” the Omega stated, lifting his gaze to look at the slightly shorter wolf.

Instead of Rampage or Shogun or Lionheart, I’m Alpha Omega.” It was a nickname he hadn’t appreciated at first, really, because he didn’t like being compared to an Alpha - he was an Omega, after all, and damn proud of it - but it caught on and he began to like the implications... that Omegas could be like Alphas. “But the only other rules I have is that you only get to touch what I tell you. That means you can’t touch yourself, no matter how much you may want to... and you especially can’t cum without my permission.”

It was cute, really, and that only had Rafael enjoying this even more. “Rafael Calderon... though most know me as Alpha Omega,” Rafael mused as he took a step forward, bridging the difference between them. “Though as far as I’m concerned, you call me sir. As soon as he heard the noise of knuckles rapping against his door, Leo set his phone down on the table and walked to the door, taking a deep breath before pulling the door wide open and glancing at the Omega, giving him a sheepish smile. A sarcastic comment was on the tip of his tongue and he almost let it slip before he remembered the humiliation of the other beating him, swallowing it and replacing it with a greeting. “Make yourself at home. Do you want a drink or anything?” 

The muffled sound of feet shuffling could be heard outside of the door, and Rafael couldn’t help but smirk lightly at how quickly it seemed for the wolf to answer. As soon as the door opened, he could see that the wolf wasn’t acting as tough as he once had, and Rafael immediately stepped inside. Glancing around the apartment, he gave an impressed nod before he turned more fully towards the smaller wolf, smirk upon his lips. “Not a drink, no... but I do want to know your limits... and your safe word,” he said before he took a step forward. “And your name, unless you’d want me to continue to call you whore. You seemed to like that earlier.”

Mako sighed, folding up the summons and passing it back to the other. “So, that dont matter.” He stated bluntly, shrugging. “If it happened in a gym, that I could maybe work with. But ya did it in public and wherher ya like it or not, even if it was a spar ya are in the red.” Mako waved a hand at the summons. “He is saying ya used unessisary force, which with ya background is an easy case to win. Even if he came at you with no warning, he could still make this claim and win.” Mako shrugged again. “Sorry, but this is a dey cut case. I recommend ya use that mone that isnt an issue to pay him off and hope ot doesn’t reflext badly on the Omega Rights movement you are apart of.”

Shaking his head lightly, the Omega couldn’t help but find this to be absolutely ridiculous. He knew that there was something that the other could do, but it was clear that he just didn’t want to help. And the tone he used when they spoke of the Omega Rights movement told him that it was laughable. “Wow... I guess the wolves I spoke to were lying when they told me that this firm was one you could turn to no matter what, that you all get the job done... Guess I should’ve went with my gut and called in one of my lawyers in LA.”

Leo muttered something in agreement with the older wolf, nodding when he was told what to do by the other, sliding out of the ring tentatively and going to the locker-room, picking his stuff up before leaving for his house. After a short while lying down on his couch at home, his leg had all but healed thanks to his wolf’s healing properties. He hadn’t found the time to change or shower, just resting his leg and thinking about the day’s earlier events. He left his door unlocked, anticipating the Omega to walk through the door any second, glancing up from his phone when he heard a noise at the door.  

Spending a couple more hours at the gym, Rafael worked out until about nine and he headed to the locker room to change and shower. Of course, a few Alphas glanced over at him, his Omega stink radiating off of him, but they knew better than to start something with him - most everyone that frequented the gym knew he was not one to mess with. After showering, he grabbed his belongings and his jeep and headed to the address given to him earlier, making sure to take back roads to make the Alpha’s anticipation that much greater.

By the time he reached the male’s parking lot, it was about ten til ten, and he slowly got out. Stopping at his mirror to check his hair, walking slow as he headed towards the building, going up the stairs instead of the elevator, until finally he was at the male’s door. Letting his knuckles brush against the door frame, Rafael waited, curious to see just how eager the young pup would be.

“Oh, you must be mistaken... you being an Alpha has nothing to do with me stopping from throwing the first punch.” In the very bar, he had punched an Alpha for his cackling remarks and managed to knock him out in the one swing. “I’m just not throwing a punch because the last thing I need is for TMZ to find out I got into a barfight when I’ve got a match coming up in a few weeks.” He doubted that the wolf knew who he was, given the fact that he continued to act as though he wasn’t able to beat an Alpha into submission or knock them out - but it was still something he had to worry about.

Turning towards the other’s hand as his face was touched, Leo fought the urge to shout out at the other man, listening to him as he spoke and giving him his address quickly in a subdued voice - a nice part of town in an apartment block. Taking a chance, Leo stood and didn’t fall down, his leg still producing a dull ache from the kick. “What time will you be coming around?” He asked, not questioning other’s intentions at all. 

“That doesn’t matter,” Rafael said after the other got to his feet, a small smile teasing his lips. “Because we both know you’ll be there, ready for me, won’t you?” The address wasn’t too far away from where he lived himself, so he knew it would be pretty easy to find it. Taking a step back, the Omega gave a nod. “Now get out of here... I’ve got to finish my training before I train you.”
