Okay, so Vinnie/Russell.

When I started shipping it: When I saw LPS at the first time I really like Russell/Sunil in bromance, but it practically wasn’t possible without Vinnie, because Sunil is so close with him, so I automatically started to thought about Vinnie and Russell’s relationships too. And then I started to like it. Especially in bromance.

My thoughts: I’m accustomed to think about them mostly in trio with Sunil, because in spite of the fact that Vinnie and Russell have got really different personalities, they’re both so confident; so in my opinion they need someone who can set their mind at rest in eventual harder argument. So if they are together without someone else, I think firstly there will be a lot of arguments between them, but at least Vinnie isn’t a type who like to be alone and he’ll probably forget quickly about subject of dispute (also he is, imo, this type of person who feels bad when someone ignore or fairly dog him); and Russell will finally accept the fact that he won’t win so easy with Vinnie’s stubbornness. BUT we know how intelligent Russell is so he can be a good manipulator, yeah? And when he discovers it finally, his problems with Vinnie disappear. But also, Russell can be a big egoist, but when he starts to care, he will care so hard. Summa summarum Russell is a big ironical egoist who cares and Vinnie is a stubborn but cool and symphatetic guy who won’t let Russell be alone.

What makes me happy about them: They’re both fantastic, complex characters and their relationship can be developed in a variety of ways. Also, I really like how ironical Russell sometimes acts with Vinnie and the fact that Vinnie can perfectly ignore it.

What makes me sad about them: This relationship is really easy to being badly written. Also there aren’t many moments with them in canon - Vinnie’s got Sunil and Russell is really alone, especially in second season.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: Mostly oversimplifying characters, I think.

Things I look for in fanfic: Pretty developing of relationship and good style, like always. [And bromance, not romance, but it’s by the way; I can found it rarely.]

Who I’d be comfortable ending up with, if not each other: Vinnie with Sunil and Russell with Sugar Sprinkles.

My happily ever after for them: Vinnie as dancer and Russell as sort of his manager, alternatively lawyer (I think Vinnie’ll need a lawyer).

What is they favorite non-sexual activity: Playing chess (“Aw Russell it’s so boring but I like this little horse he may have dance future what do you think about it?”) and watching dance programmes (“Vinnie can you PLEASE turn the television A LITTLE down?”) at the same time.

Pepper narrows her eyes at Russell, staring him down. “Why not,” she says, and it sounds more like a statement than a question, because Pepper knows why not.

But of course, Russell has to answer anyways. “Because he’s hardly ten feet away, Pepper! If he knows—“

“Then good, he’ll know.” Pepper prods Russell with one paw, scowling. “You made me confess to Penny, and look at how that turned out!” Pepper’s right—after telling Penny the truth, the skunk had instantly been smothered in hugs and kisses. They’d been “going steady” ever since.

Russell risks a glance in Vinnie’s direction. “But he… but Vinnie… he’s not like that.” Pepper blinks, so Russell continues. “He likes girls.”

“Are we talking about the same pet, here? Maybe Vinnie’s not gay, but he can’t be straight.” She says it louder than she should have, and Russell gasps before lunging forward and placing his paws firmly over her mouth.

“Not so loud! He might hear you!”

Squirming away from Russell paws, Pepper grins. “I sure hope so. Hey, Vinnie!”

Russell nearly shrieks. “Pepper!”

But it’s much too late; Vinnie is already headed their way. Russell’s stomach drops, and he feels his heart pounding. “You called?” Vinnie says, giving them a quick grin.

Russell looks at Pepper, pleading.

“Saaaaay it.”

By the way this is exactly why t-s!Russell loves likes s--a--l!Vinnie so much.

Because I mean just lookit this. You can tell Vinnie really cares about Russell deep down and wants to keep him updating, even if it's hindered by him being kind of a jerk. And it's not too much; it's just like... playful teasing between friends. (And Russell does it too, so yeah.)

SO YEAH fedorabow is the best Vinnie ever and she should be praised beyond belief because this post just screams Vinnie and I love it so much ahhhhhh
