for the hard-to-get up anon: not being motivated, sleeping a lot, and purposefully distracting yourself from necessary tasks can be a sign of depression. if you have other symptoms, i suggest you get it checked out if you haven't already. that's how my mom recognized the symptoms in me! other than that, if you have someone living w/ you, get them to drag ya out of bed (literally if needed)
