Toby Evans is a very clever ligger who has fooled people with this deception for too long. The truth is that Evans is the biggest ligger in London and responsible for forwarding a list of events to dozens of fellow liggers. Now that he’s been caught, he has to make do with stealing sandwiches from trade shows. Quite a climbdown from ligging champagne.
Venues have banned him and barred him on entry to several events now and it makes all events go much smoother.
