Modern Monster Association

what is M.M.A?

M.M.A - Modern Monster Association or Ma (pronounced like the slang term for mom) For short is a support group for modern monsters who are doing their best to survive in the modern world, and live side by side with their human neighbors.  What started out as a small online community has grown to a nationwide support group network! This group gives them ideas and connections to other monsters or non monsters known as M.M.A.A (Moderm Monster association allies)  who support their monster brothers and sisters and want to help them fit in with today's modern world! They even have mma run group castles (group homes) known as ma’s castle for monsters to live, in a safe and loving community! 

So far they have vampires, werewolves, demons, goblins, and sorcerers.

The Laws of MMA

1.  NO KILLING OF OTHER MONSTERS OR HUMANS OUTSIDE OF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY SELF DEFENCE. Anyone found breaking this rule and killing for fun or sport, will they themselves be killed.

2. All monstlings must be REAL monsters. 

3. Mma is a semi secretive community. So no posting about it on facebook live or youtube or places for the whole world to see. Keep to the M.M.A website and forums. 

4.  Everyone must do their part of paying dues and doing Chores at their local Castle.

5. Everyone in ma are expected to uphold the laws, and try to deal with small problems FIRST before bringing it to the council.

The Hierarchy of MMA

Momsters - Senior most members of MMA whose rulings are Absolute. They are the highest form of authority you can seek in any matter. Currently Violet and spook are the only known Momsters. Momsters can be identified by Their Momster titled ma pins. 

Monstlings (monster siblings) - your basic member. EVERYONE starts out as a monstling and they either move up the ranks or they stay a monstling. Monstlings have the basic ma pins.

Cousins - Ma Allies who hold council Jobs. Can be identified by Council cousin ma pins or grand council cousin ma pins.

Allies - Allies of ma! humans who support and protect their monster brethren! Can be identified by M.M.A.A pins.

council - Those on the council are known as council monsters They deal with small internal sqwabbles, handle the money, give out chores, basically make sure shit runs smoothly. Can be identified by Council monster or council cousin ma pins.

Grand council - Those on the grand council are known as grandmonsters and they are the community voted law force. Judge, jury and executioners who deal with rule breakers! They decide your punishments, be they minor or serious. can be identified by grandmonster and grand council cousin ma pins

The Ma Affirmation!

Its said daily to remind everyone who they are!

“I am MONSTER by title, not by nature!”

Meaning, you aren't a monster because you aren't human or because you have inhuman or superhuman abilities! Its simply a title. But the title word does not define you. You define you! You are a good person despite being a monster! You are a monstar not a monster!

Violet and spook exchanging swords then blows as a daddy daughter tradition is cute and now cannon.

(Old swords are left random places in the forest, in a clear box with a note that says “for you! Yes you, the one reading this card and finder of this sword, happy valentines day or tuesday, whatever day. You found a sword so its sword day! Happy sword day!”

Violet does in fact have a witches hat.

Hers has a crooked tail and is decorated with flowers, thorny vines and eyeballs around the inner rim.

She wears it on special occassions or when shes feeling especially fancy witchy that day.

Violet rides a broom and a roomba

The broom is modified with a few knotches for standing, a saddle and a handle and reins.

The roomba has stuff to keep her feet locked on so she doesnt accidentally fall off.

She also uses her wind razor. (SHUT UP T I KNOW. )

Violet can and does frequently, use vocal growls/scream/metal screams as a defense mechanism.

She also uses it in songs too because screams are good.

Her shelves are all enclosed by glass that opens from the bottom. She keeps her stuffies, books, knivknacks, extra bedding, phon. (One of the shelves is a charging station witha buncha ports n everything.) and other stuff in the enclosed bed!
