An About Me Page: An Introduction to Violet S. Watts
The title is a tad bit dramatic, but I like it, so, I’m sticking with it.
Disclaimer: Might be a tiny long. It’s probably because this is my first post ever on Tumblr lmao.
First things first, my real name is NOT Violet S. Watts. It’s the pen-name I use in all of my works. I made it so I could keep my identity hidden and all that fancy stuff.
To be completely and utterly honest, I created this account when it was approximately four in the morning, and when I was one blink away from collapsing due to exhaustion. At the moment I’m writing this, I’m not exactly sure what this account will be centered around. Maybe LGBTQAP+, comedy, or even thriller stories of mine; the possibilities are endless. Yes, I’m an amateur author, but I guess anyone could have guessed that by the plethora of various genres I listed off the top of my head. Not to mention, I have two Wattpad accounts, which you are free to follow once you finish reading this, or if you finish.
While I tend to be known for writing decent MHA fanfiction that has a healthy dosage of LGBTQAP+ positivity over on Wattpad, I want to share possible story ideas here. Mainly for myself whenever I have a random idea, but to also inspire fellow authors whenever they want to throw their laptops or notebooks out a window. I mean, it’s not set in stone, but that’s a decent idea, if I say so myself.
Moving onto what this post is actually about, I’m a student and procrastinator by day, and an awkward amateur author by night. Not to mention, I’m a demisexual lesbian who dresses so femininely that people assume I’m as straight as a ruler, when in fact, I am as straight as a circle. Anyway, whenever I’m not writing, searching the internet for the perfect LGBTQAP+ book, and hanging out with my friends, I’m working on homework. This might result in me not posting a lot, so, if you’re going to stick around, that’s something you’ll have to get used to.
My hobbies include: writing, singing, designing book covers, drawing, giving my friends really dumb nicknames, watching anime, and so on and so forth. Nothing special, I’ll admit. However, I like to think they shape my passions. I hope to become either a psychologist, a TV writer, or an entertainer one day.
Like mentioned previously, I enjoy anime. I wouldn’t call myself borderline obsessed to the point where I want to paint my walls the color of my favorite character’s hair, but still.
