Gives nose/forehead kisses danny is at the perfect height to lean down and pop a lil forehead kiss on her. lili is short enough that she can’t actually reach his forehead so she settles for the nose.Gets jealous the most both tbh but it’s for a split second before they’re like “but s/he’s my boy/girlfriend!!!”Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive it’s a 50/50 thing. like if she’s hanging out with friends, he’ll pick her up and vice versa. but they mostly go out together so it’s the uber driving picking them both up.Takes care of on sick days danny needs to be FORCED into be taking cared of. he’ll use every excuse to not to lay in bed and rest simply because he’s used to brushing it aside. he relents only when lili promises she’ll rest with him. then she gets sick and he takes his turn. so, it’s both, i guess?Drags the other person out into the water on beach day danny will throw lili over his shoulder and run into the water with her and i take no criticisms on that. Gives unprompted massages danny. he like, is used to giving them to himself because he’s a sporty dude, so sometimes lili will be close to him and he’ll just start rubbing her back or shoulders.Drives/rides shotgun it’s 50/50Brings the other lunch at work danny will come by the theatre or in between her classes with some food for her. he’s very fond of just randomly popping up to spend time with her when she’s otherwise occupied.Has the better parental relationship lili but BY DEFAULTTries to start role-playing in bed DANNY but he’s SO BAD and lili’s just like “uhh…. let’s just skip this?”Embarrassingly drunk dancer i think danny by default? since lili does a lot of theatre, she probably knows some dancing and he IS just a lanky boy who Needs to be drunk to dance in the first place.Still cries watching Titanic i get the feeling that, with all sad movies in general, lili would be crying and he’d be pretending he wasn’t until she’s like “it’s a sad movie, huh?” and then he’s like, open about it. boy’s weird.Firmly believes in couples costumes honestly? danny would hate them until they start dating and then he’s like “there’s so many we could do” but naturally, they go for peter pan and wendy.Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas danny 🙊 he always struggles trying to find the perfect gift for her, because he wants something special for his girl that he just kinda… goes overboard?Makes the other eat breakfast danny. he’s the morning person between the two of them, so he’s always up early enough to go for his run and then come home to make them breakfast in time for lili getting up.Remembers anniversaries lili remembers your typical anniversaries while danny remember’s the more obscure and downright not anniversary anniversaries, like “today’s the day when i fell off my bike and you ‘patched it up’ when we were nine” kind.Brings up having kids weirdly enough, i think it’d be danny. he has the most reservations about having kids, so beyond the initial “are we having kids?” chat, he’s like “hey, let’s try?” (when they’re older) and he’s more sure of himself as being a good dad. he knows lili would be great and he wants to be good for her and their babies 🥺
