Never forget the distance you've come. It may not look like much of a transformation physically but if you knew the person in the left picture, you'd know how insecure I felt posing for this picture. You'd know I hated the person I saw in the mirror and how horribly I treated myself. I can't believe that person even used to be me. I may not be able to see a difference physically but the difference in confidence and happiness between the two people in these photos is unbelievable.
