What is something about your OC can make you laugh?
Oh boy, here we go!
Virtue is easy, because this loser is all cool fire and steely netrunner vibes and then he gets a bit of puddle water on his shoes and it's like the entire world blew up.
Vega is amusing because he's the classic musclehead solo who thinks his 3 INT is a bragging right. Hell, he didn't even fully understand the whole Johnny Silverhand conundrum and just thought it was REALLY cool he gets to talk to Johnny.
Levin is the straight man (hah) between these two. He's always held the belief that city-slickers are a weird bunch but holy moly. His constant frustration city life always amuses me SO much.
Dylan is a walking trash fire with bright neon sneakers, anything she does is a riot, honestly!
10 - What's your V/OC's origin story? We all know in-game V can choose one of three lifepaths and The Heist is where everything changes for them, but why'd they end up in the lifepath you selected for them? If they're not a V, how'd they end up in Night City or the Badlands and what the heck made them stay? ...or did they not stay?

Ah Virtue, what can I say? He's my canon-V so he follows a lot of the story beats much more closely. But Virtue's life before we see the prologue was like many other corpo hopefuls.
His family was fairly well-to-do (comfortable, some might say) and he grew up the coddled but competitive neighborhood of Charter Hill. His parents worked for Arasaka, so it was naturally assumed Virtue would find a place there as well.
(tw: death, suicide mention)
From a young age it was more than just work harder, study harder. He hardened himself against the realities of corporate success: his father allegedly died via suicide (though everyone knew it was because he botched the last project and was the final loose end)
A few years later, Virtue was selected to be mentored in Tokyo, where he watched his beloved tutor jump to his death after Arasaka enforcers confronted him after class. Die on your feet or on your knees?
Virtue played by the corpo playbook as well as any other fairly successful corpo could. No fair games, no second chances, you're either a winner or a loser, and we all know where losers end up.
His wit, his cunning and even his ruthlessness has proven useful though. The streets of Night City haven't yet reckoned with a man who has walked the valley of death and thought it could be further optimized.
