While Watching House of Dragon, I feel like every problem could had been avoided if Visery actually step up as a king. He is a sweet guy on paper, but in reality he made everything worse by never saying anything. I know he was dying, but he had of plenty of time to write on paper that Rhaenry will be queen. He could also actually bond with his kids. He neglected and reconnected with Rhaenry, but his other kids were complete afterthought. You can blame Helena, but Helena was just a child when she was having kids.
