The U.S. Department of State and USCIS have officially announced that all EB-3 and EW visas for FY 2024 have been fully issued.
With these categories now exhausted, applicants will need to wait until October 1, 2024, when the new fiscal year begins and visa availability resets. Stay tuned for more updates as U.S. embassies and consulates prepare to resume issuing these visas from FY 2025.
