Our Presentation for There’s An App For That
Final Process Book Cover
The end of the back cover was cut off because of measurements, and the back text is also off-centred because of the measurements. For the next time I do this I will keep in mind that I may need to adjust the placement of text or not place text near the edge of the book.
I am proud of what I have achieved with my process book and I’m pleased with how well it came out. I’m also glad that I chose to use slightly glossy paper for the inside and a heavier weight for my cover as it will last longer when I look back at it.
Final App Walk Through
Final Design for Judge A Book By Its Cover
Final Design for Food Types
Final Printed Spreads
Looking through my printed process book, the paper I used makes the images a lot lighter whereas on normal printer paper it makes the images darker, I will know this for next time.
Perfect Binding My Process Book
This process was really simple and I’m glad I chose this method over any others because it can be a hassle to paginate, but this process’s outcome is cleaner and looks professional which is what I wanted. Having done the introduction for perfect binding this was easy to complete, I did end up forgetting to put scrap paper on the front of my book before glueing so I had to reprint that page but it was an easy fix.
