Visible Voice

Visible Voice is an installation which draws the waveform of the visitor’s voice to a rotating disk using light. The sound wave is stored by the disk and slowly fades. The total process gives a visual idea to the visitor to see what his/her voice looks like.

Newport Nightcap

As we mentioned in our earlier post Visible Voice will be putting on the unofficial Newport Folk Festival after party Saturday night at the Gaslight with their friends over at Kitchen Sessions. Both blogs focus heavily on live music recordings of the folk persuasion. Therefore, there is no one better to be throwing this little shindig. 

Yesterday, we made you a little preview mixtape featuring artists that will be performing this weekend at the festival. Today we wanted to give you a sneak peak at the musicians that will be playing at "Nightcap" afterparty. We'll see you there!
