Smiling Brahmins. Varanasi has been a city older than Ages of humanity. One of the highly visited pilgrimage destination of the world with people visiting from across the world. I spent almost every mornings watching sunrise and looking how Varanasi woke up. I found a place on top on the riverbanks and observed different activities occurring. After the sunrise I walked on the ghats experiencing different lifestyle taking place around me. That's when I shot this image, when I saw these 2 brahmins walking on the street smiling on some funny fact. The smile on their face was so tempting that I couldn't control myself from clicking this image and the result is in front of you guys. Eyes of a Child filled with unexplored dreams. If you look deeply, you can see the reflection of the hills in his eyes. His dreams to be on top can be determined. I shot this image during my trip to Hampi'17. After a long day I spent wandering around with some of my newly made friends in Hampi, we relaxed at Gali's Music Shop on the other side of the river where ae jammed whole afternoon and took rest for a while, we decided to rush to sunset point to enjoy an immense view of sunset. There I met Hari, A young kid who sold lemon masala tea for a living. I saw his eyes and as a photographer's instinct instantly I asked if I could click his portrait but me as a photographer always believed in exchanging in return of any service. So I made a deal with him that if he let me take his picture, I would Buy 2-3 Tea Cups. He agreed to the deal and I kept the deal intact. His eyes were one of the beautiful eyes I have ever seen. Such detailed structured eyeballs spoke about his character and innocence. SCREAM. I shot this image during my roadtrip to #Pushkar, #Rajasthan '17 I overheard people talking that this year there are less horses and camels. Earlier it used to be massive and crazy out here. Well to be honest it was my first time in Pushkar Camel Fair this year and I loved the entire atmosphere. I have been to Pushkar this year on March(Solo Trip again) and the surrounding was very different then. This time It was a blended feeling, mixture of traditional culture of years and pinch of western cultures. I saw the camel's one leg tied so that it won't runaway. The TAU's who traveled from across rajasthan pitched a tent or sleep on open grounds under the sky full of stars, cooked their own food. I ate my lunch that afternoon with one of them. The only thing I didn't like about this entire trip was disturbance to personal lives created by so called crowd driven photographers. I wouldn't say I am not one of them but I can say that I believe in Experiencing first then click. I love to live my life and see things from my eyes not by someone else's famous frame on dslr cameras. A window seat has always been everyone's favorite. When I was a child, I used to fight, cry and do every possible things to get one. I have always adored nature, loved to watch the moving earth while my seat stayed constant. I felt like I am watching a movie. Well that's what my parents told me but sooner I realized what we were grown ups. But the twist is the kid inside you never dies, you just forgets that bond. Whenever I travel in trains, My eyes always tries to find a window seat. I still try to see the movie from the window seat but now a different perspective. It soothens your mind and spreads a lot of positivity, thoughts mingling. I shot this image during my train journey from Vizag (Vishakhapatnam) to Rourkela(Odisha) for Diwali. I observed him sitting opposite to my window seat for a very long time. There was something about his eyes, I started questioning myself about his ongoing thoughts. Who is he? Where ia he from? Where is he going? What's he thinking? Me being an extrovert, I thought of asking all of these to him but suddenly I stopped ! Mystical Wake Ups. To see this morning and camp at this spot at night was an adventure itself. I had carried a tent this time and really didn't want to pay for stay so I requested @aboli_18 to provide me her tent, she not only gave it to me but also taught me how to set it up. So after an entire long sleepless drive upon reaching hampi yesterday I went up to Matanga Hills to see sunrise. The feeling was filled with mixed emotions. I decided at that very moment that I will camp here. I didn't sleep the whole day because I was too excited to see the place, meeting new people and in no time I made friends with couple of people from south india. We went to swim at Sanapur Lake, jammed with Gali Bhai who has an amazing music instruments shop on the other side of river, went up to the top of a sunset point where travelers, tourists from across sat for hours with live music. That spot was an amazing place to camp but we couldn't because one of our newly made friends had to leave back to Hyderabad at night. So it's 01:00am at night, me and a guy from kerela trekked up towards the mathanga hill to camp. In the dark we lost our ways and we roamed around same location for an hour. Luckily we found the way hidden way somehow and we reached to the top. We pitched our tent and yes we slept. We didn't want to Quit after spending so much Time n Energy. P.S - I almost stepped on a cobra snake while treking via wrong route. Note - Not recommended by the locals to camp like this on Mountains because there are leopards, cheetahs who may pay you a visit.
