My new glasses arrived today. I couldn't find them anywhere locally and had to order them from a store in London. It's hard to change styles. For the past 5 years I've worn only my thin square Carreras. Cues are a necessary evil

Tonight I worked with Cassie on her lead, just some simply transitions and send offs in a small longe. She’s a smart cookie, and works hard for a “good girl” but I noticed over time, her transitions to the left from the right were amazing but her transitions from right to left were subpar. To me, this makes sense given her vision issues and their prominence on the left front. I was focusing on a grounded step back when I wanted her to swap directions and then an encouraging hand sending the way of going but realized, on the transition to the left I need to add a word. She tends to float in space and is not near as rounded, as well as her hesitancy towards sending off that way.

I just wrote the final episode to an entire series I created & produced (and took a stab at sound design), with some amazingly talented people. Earlier this year, I told some friends I wanted my own production company & to produce one if my scripts.
