I feel a little bad about this casting, because of how hard it was to find a picture where this man is not smiling. Also, if you’re not watching how amazing he is on Brooklyn 99 you are making bad life choices.
Visa Three is not a subtle evil villain. Terry Crews can probably crush a car like a pop can with his huge muscles. It makes total sense that Visser Three would send henchmen out to find a guy like this to acquire.
